44. Volleyball.

You’re probably looking for an article about volleyball.
Maybe you’re after some hints as to how you can improve your game, or perhaps you’re seeking advice on how to get the ball over the netty thing.
I don’t intend to write about any of these things, and you have my heartfelt apology for misleading you.

I’ve been playing volleyball every Thursday morning and I couldn’t help but notice that every week, at least one person gets hurt. Today, we had three games going on three courts that were right next to each other. Friend One was playing on the court adjacent to mine. Team Mate One managed to hit the ball from our court right over to the next and it hit Friend One square on the head.

Friend One had to go and get an ice pack.
Team Mate One wasn’t allowed to serve for the remainder of the game.

Clearly it’s a dangerous sport for all involved.

Also, after school today, four friends and I managed to earn $50 dollars via the Car Washing service we set up for the small business unit we’re doing at school. It was cold, and we washed my dad’s car plus the windows at my house for some extra cash. Ignore this paragraph, it’s more for my benefit than anything else. But then again, I suppose the same could be said for this entire blog.
